STALK ME

Jillian Dodd

Boys, Boys and more Boys, and I couldn't ask for anything more!!!!!!!!!
I am impressed by how much I like Jullian Dodd’s writing style, she has interesting stories that are current and just flow. She is on the cutting edge of fashion, the wardrobe descriptions alone are a good reason to read this book. The words and phrases she uses are cool. She is right there with all the pressures of today’s teens with sex, friendships, and drugs.
Heh. Man, she has a lot of hot boys!!!!
First, there's Sander. The perfect boyfriend who wouldn't DO it with her which makes their relationship a sham. But it kinda explains why he wouldn't in the latter part.
Then, there's Brooklyn. The guy Keatyn is all over heels in love with. Okay, I didn't like him, really. And I was disappointed when they got together
And yeah Cush...wow this boy...!!!!I love him!!!!!he is my favourite boy!!!!!
He was in your face flirty, honest, kind of a player and I knew he had a thing for her from the first moment…
There are and others boys.. Like Vincent who is the old quy,Damien and Aiden...
I need to know what is going to happen…so hopefully Jillian will not keep us waiting too long!

THE DARK LIGHT

The Dark Light

3,5 STARS
I am in love with the cover!!!I love it....this guy with the tattoo is so hot!!!!
I want to like this very much but it didnt happened...It was ok the story but I did not identify with the main character..
The story is about Mysterious lights  which have flickered above Crownsville for as long as Mia can remember. And as far as she’s concerned, that’s about the only interesting thing to happen in her small town.

That is, until Sol arrives. Mia’s not one to fall for just any guy, but she can’t get Sol—or the brilliant tattoo on his back—out of her mind.

Then Mia’s brother goes missing, and Mia’s convinced that Sol knows more than he’s sharing. But getting closer to Sol means reevaluating everything Mia once believed to be true. Because Sol’s not who Mia thought he was—and neither is she.
Mia at first she was ok...but later she start making a lot of dumb decisions. Her reaction to finding out more information about her father made absolutely no sense. I was baffled as to what she could possibly be thinking.
Sol is your typical mysterious hot paranormal boy character. I was actually really slow at guessing his secrets- my fault, not the book's- it was totally obvious if I hadn't just assumed that nothing interesting was going to happen in the book.
I  like the world building. The concept of the alternate world was cool, but not developed at all.
I hope I like it more....

First of all I want to said that this guy in the cover who is Chris look like Edward from twilight..!!!
Ok now the book is  about four brothers who have a very strong connection to the elements: Michael controls earth, twins Gabriel and Nick control fire and air respectively, and the youngest, Chris, controls water. All four of them are far more powerful than they should be which causes the other Elementals to fear them and attack them at every opportunity. The brothers can’t use their elements to defend themselves because they’re all young and untrained and loss of control on their part could mean the loss of many innocent lives.
When two older boys ambush Chris and beat him almost to death, a girl from school comes to his rescue. She somehow chases them away and gets him home but Michael, his legal guardian since their parents died, practically chases her out of the house. Chris doesn’t really know her, even though she’s in some of his classes. He’s heard about her, though, everyone has. People say that she sleeps around with anyone who asks nicely enough. But Becca isn’t like that at all. She’s been through a lot and she’s just trying to keep her head down and avoid being noticed. Then, suddenly, she is in the middle of Chris’s drama, and a gorgeous new boy is showing a real interest in her.
I like the story it was interesting! The author make a good job!
Her writing style is beautiful. Its not confusing and like so many others she bring her humour across beautifully. But I think the shocker is that she can do it with so many characters…so many male characters especially. The book was paced perfectly with action around ever corner  and romantic moments but I think it wasnt so much...I would like more scenes between Becca and Chris...
I cant wait to read spark!!!

ANGELS BLOOD

Angels Blood
Nalini Singh
4 STARS

I freaking loved this story and the world that Nalini Singh has created in this series!!It contained all my loves a kick ass heroine who knows what she wants and refuses to be run over by anyone and a commanding hero who stands his ground but isn't afraid to love!!
Elena Deveraux is a Guild Hunter, she goes after vampires that have gone astray and violated their contracts that they signed in blood with the angels that Made them. Elena gets hired by the most powerful angel in the United States, the archangel Raphael. She's supposedly the best when it comes to tracking vampires and he wants her to help him find someone. Along the way Elena constantly courts death, sometimes battling foes, and sometimes baiting Raphael.
Well as for Elena, I definitely love her character. A very tough vampire hunter. Her dark past didn't weaken her, it even shaped her into a stronger as a human as long as a hunter.
Raphael is the most gorgeous angel ever written I guess (he and Patch from hush hush ..). I can't even find the exact words to describe my feelings for him. He is just THAT perfect for me. He's so deadly yet astonishing. Dangerous yet very interesting and so sexy. All in one.

I love this book it was funny, sensitive, full of action, and badass moments. This paranormal adventure had it all. I loved Cat and Bones, they were pure awesome!
In this series, Catherine Crawfield is a vampire huntress on a mission. She’s out there bringing down the baddie blood suckers in the hopes of taking down her evil father. Well, one night she goes for the wrong vamp. She captures Bones, who is a bounty hunter and after an explosive showdown, they form a pact that’s both deadly, full of gore and ultimately a bond develops between these two that no one can break.
I like the characters.I thought it was all really well done, and I loved seeing Cat grow and learn and find herself.
Bones.....mmmmmm he is absolutely fantastic and oh so sexy with the diamonds and cream complexion, those glowing green eyes and that British accent....I am in love with him...
He seemed so sure of himself the entire time, making Cat second-guess her beliefs that all vampires are bad.
You must read it!!

Onyx blew me away!!!It  was breathtaking, heart stopping, adrenaline pumping, hair tearing, and everything in between!
There is a lot of action and turns happening that will keep you reading and reading. And the tension between Daemon and Katy is electric!
It’s one of those books that you just don’t want to end!!
Katy was awesome .
She has made some nasty decisions here, but the way she accepted and handled them made her a more admirable character. Also I love that she's strong, independent and realistic.Daemon has so much depth to him, and I loved that he's allowing Katy to see that side of him.
Of course  he was as hot as ever!I really liked him in Obsidian but he was kind of a jerk at times but in Onyx he completely won me over!

BECAUSE OF LOW

Oh Marcus.....I am in love with you!!!!!
This was a fun ride, with a straightforward plot and great characters.
Willow is the beloved girl next door to Cage York, only she and Cage don't live next door to each other anymore. He's got his own apartment, and she's got nowhere to live. He's desperate to always be there for her and believes he'll marry her one day. Marcus is Cage's new roommate, and he's smitten with Low at first sight. He can't stand her spending the night   in Cage's bedroom.
Marcus and Low are great together and it was so much fun reading how they got to know each other.
I also loved Cage and  Low dynamic. It is not a traditional love triangle. These two really care for each other and their history goes way back. Without Cage, Low just wouldn’t be the same. He’s always been there for her and she needed someone on her side.
I love Marcus. He was so sweet, so cute and  I like the way he cares about Low!
I hightly reccomend it!!

I am dissapointed with this book I didnt like it...The writing is grating, the plot is cliche and overused, the story fails to keep my interest, and the characters are far from differend  as they are said to be.
Seventeen-year-old Sadie has had to grow up far more quickly than any other teenager her age. Her father is a married man who vowed to have nothing to do with her after her birth and she has recently moved to Alabama with her mother. Her beautiful mother, however, has fallen in love with the wrong man again and has gotten herself pregnant. Now, Sadie finds herself taking her mother's job working for the famous teen rock-star Jax Stone. Although Sadie keeps her distance from Jax, their attraction cannot be denied. Jax, who is unable to stay away from the beautiful blonde, eventually succumbs to his desire.
This book was boring, dull, and just plain irritating. Unless you like possessive relationships, insta-love stories, cheesy romances, and lots of useless dialogue that doesn't actually explain a character's personality.

Tammara Webber
5 STARS
Oh my gosh, what can I say about this book!Everything was perfect. The realistic construction of characters in this book and the levels at which I could relate to them blew me away! I love the way  Tammara Webber created these characters with real-life flaws and imperfections that so many people could easily identify with. It made it so easy to learn with the characters as they made mistakes whilst the story progressed. I found this so effective in terms of ensuring that we were able to benefit from this book and take lessons away from it that we could and should apply to our lives. That was really, really brilliantly done.
The book is about  Jacqueline who follows her boyfriend, Kennedy to college but  he breaks up with her after a three year relationship explaining that he needed to "expand" his horizons if he wants to be a good politician one day. Two weeks after her heart is broken, her best friend  take her to the campus party where she is the designated driver. Once she realizes her best friend is okay and won't be needing a ride, she leaves the party alone and  almost she raped  by a guy from the party but is saved by Lucas.
I like Jacqueline. She has a great sense of humor  and she handles a lot of bad situations that happen to her maturely and brilliantly.
Lucas oh Lucas.........mmmmmmm  he is  the ideal book-boyfriend!!!!! Cool, romantic, smart, sexy, protective, bad-boy with tattoos and  mysterious!!!
The chemistry between Lucas and Jacqueline is extraordinary. They made me smile and laugh with the way they flirted and bantered. I loved every minute these two spent together!!

Alyssa Rose Ivy
4 STARS
Alyssa Rose Ivy introduces some very interesting and colorful characters, who are full bodied and believable. You find yourself immersed in intrigue and drama that may be all too familiar when reminiscing of youthful.Mistakes or impulses, combined with great action and the magic of the paranormal element of the story line.
The story being located in New Orleans held a little magic all of its own. New Orleans is bewitching to me, and the writer did a great job of writing in enough elements to always remind you where these characters are.
The main protagonist Allie has her life planned out, she would attend Princeton, study business and follow in her fathers footsteps but it wasn’t what her heart wanted; it was something she was doing for her parents, when an opportunity arose for her to work in New Orleans at her fathers hotel she looked at it as a great opportunity to avoid her ex-boyfriend and spend some time with her best friend, Jess – it would be her adventure. And then she meet Levi...
Levi was a mystery, he diverted many of Allie’s questions, was sarcastic, overly protective and deceived her in a terrible way, he was extremely powerful amongst the Pteron’s but wasn’t forthcoming with information but despite this he easily welcomed Allie into his world after not knowing her at all.
The only thing I complain is that Allie pissed me sometimes she just keeps shutting Levi down admittedly he does something majorly wrong to her at the end of the book but I still was frustrated with Allie for the way she handled the situation.

PUSHING THE LIMITS

One of my favourite books ever! This was an intense and emotional read that made me really ache for the characters yet it also had some humorous and swooning moments that made me love them more!Echo and Noah were both broken characters struggling to put their lives back to normal! Echo is this broken soul, having lost her memories of what exactly happened to her that one particular night 2 years ago. What happened that night has tormented her. Also she still grieving the loss of her brother who died 6 months before  what happened to her.Echo had to fight her sanity, and also make so life-changing decisions.
Noah has the reputation of a bad boy .He screwed over by the foster system and he wants  to get out high school, and rescue his two young brothers from the same fate he suffered: a string of abusive foster parents and a broken system that's broken him.
Everything about it was  perfect! The characters were so realistic, as were the relationships explored and the story itself. Once I started reading, I was literally sucked in to their world. It’s almost impossible to return to reality after reading something so dark and heart-breaking.
Amazing book I reccomend it to everyone!!!

New girl Lucy moves to Washington with her family when her dad gets a new job. When the good looking and seemingly perfect, Ryan gives her a tour of the school, Lucy immediately falls for him. Their relationship moves at super speed before Lucy realizes just how deep she’s gotten herself, only by then it’s too late.
This story was so realistic. I liked Lucy as a character,She never really had a boyfriend before, so when Ryan starts paying attention to her, she feels special.Ryan is good looking and have problems. He is   overprotective and overbearing.Reading the book you can  understand the reasons for his actions, especially as I began to understand his home life. About Mason I really liked him!I  felt like his character was a bit underplayed. He really seems to be a great guy and genuinely cares for Lucy. I would have liked to have seen him more in the story.
Highly recommended for anyone!

CHARADE

Charade, Cambia Hebert

What I really love about this series are the characters. They developed so much in this series, you see Heven growing and geting stronger. Also the relationships between the characters are so nicely done. The characters act very believeable .Charade introduced us to new characters: Gemma and Logan. I’m dying to know more about Gemma, a fallen angel. She is a great addition to the story. She’s tough and obviously has feelings for Cole. In this book Heven and Sam must return a treasure in Italy but Heven keeps being attacked by demons.
Now about  the writing the author make us  see and feel every little detail of everything in the story. Also there is POV from both Heven and Sam!!
This book has more action more of drama and more sweet romance between Heven and Sam.
About the ending of this book, I was shocked, it definately wasn't what I expected and I can't wait to see what is going to happen!!!!
